- 16. Mustang Mach-E offer terms and conditions
- A. Service and charging voucher offer terms and exclusions
- a. Offer available to Retail (A), Dealership Employee (Y), Blue Business Fleet (K) and Silver Business Fleet (J) buyer type customers only who purchase and receive from a Ford Authorised EV Dealership a new Ford Mustang Mach-E (Vehicle) between 1 November and 31 December 2024.
- b. Offer includes:
- i. the first three general services only as set out in the Service Portfolio supplied with the Vehicle (Service Portfolio) up to 3 years from the Vehicle’s Ford warranty commencement date or 45,000km, whichever comes first (General Services); and
- ii. one $500 public charging voucher from Fast Cities Australia Pty Ltd (Evie Networks).
- c. Each General Service includes the service items listed in the “GENERAL SERVICE” and “OTHER MAINTENANCE ITEMS” sections of the Service Portfolio as required at the time or distance intervals prescribed by the Service Portfolio.
- d. The General Services exclude any other service item, part, repair, consumable, labour or any other work or improvement on the Vehicle whatsoever that is not listed in clause c, as well as the service items listed in the “SEVERE OR EXTREME CONDITION SERVICE” section of the Service Portfolio.
- e. If a General Service is not performed within 6 months or 7,500km after the servicing interval prescribed by the Service Portfolio or within up to 3 years from the Vehicle’s Ford warranty commencement date or 45,000km, whichever comes first, the customer forfeits inclusion of that General Service and may be required to pay for that General Service.
- f. The offer is not transferable to another vehicle and remains with the Vehicle regardless of ownership.
- g. The $500 public charging voucher is eligible to be used at Evie Networks public chargers only and use of the charging voucher is subject to Evie Networks’ Terms of Service.
- h. The voucher must be activated on the Evie Charging App and is valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue or until the credit is exhausted, whichever is earlier.
- i. The voucher cannot be returned, redeemed or otherwise transferred for cash by a recipient.
- B. Ford Insure offer terms and conditions
- a. Any advice in relation to Ford Insure is provided by Willis Australia Limited ABN 90 000 321 237, AFSL 240600 (WTW). WTW are acting as agent of HDI Global Specialty SE- Australia under a binding authority agreement.
- b. Offer available to new Ford Insure policies with a commencement date of between 1 November and 31 December 2024 where the eligible customer elects to pay monthly by direct debit over 12 months.
- c. Offer available to eligible customers who purchase and receive from a Ford Authorised EV Dealership a new Ford Mustang Mach-E (Vehicle) between 1 November and 31 December 2024 and meet the underwriting criteria for Ford Insure.
- d. WTW is acting as an agent of HDI Global Specialty SE – Australia under a binding authority agreement to provide the insurance for Ford Insure. An eligible customer is one who meets the underwriting criteria from WTW and Ford Insure and WTW has agreed to cover the customer.
- e. Customers can assess the suitability of the Ford Insure product for their circumstances and access a quotation for coverage through the Ford Motor Company of Australia Pty Ltd ABN 30 004 116 223 (Ford Australia) website www.ford.com.au/owners/insurance where full details of the policy including the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) are available. Customers can also access this information by calling 13 FORD (Option 2, then Option 1).
- f. Should a customer elect not to take a Ford Insure policy, is not eligible to take a Ford Insure policy, pays annually for their Ford Insure policy, or elects to pay by a method other than direct debit, they are not eligible for this offer and no alternative offer applies.
- g. WTW will collect the first month’s premium through the customer’s direct debit at the commencement of the policy. Months 2 to 7 will be paid by Ford Australia. Months 8 to 12 will be collected from the customer by WTW through the customer’s direct debit arrangement, the details of which the customer provided at commencement of the policy. Customers must ensure these details are maintained and are at all times current.
- h. Any credits issued by Ford Australia to WTW for months 2 to 7 in payment of a customer’s cover are not refundable to the customer as cash or any other form. This offer is not available on existing policies but is available to existing customers who purchase a Vehicle and take out a new Ford Insure policy between 1 November and 31 December 2024.
- i. This offer is only available to Retail (A), Dealership Employee (Y), Blue Business Fleet (K) and Silver Business Fleet (J) buyer type customers.

- C. General terms and conditions
- a. Customers must accept these terms and exclusions to be able to receive the offer.
- b. Ford Australia reserves the right to reasonably suspend, vary, amend, extend, cancel or withdraw all or part of this offer to the extent permitted by law in circumstances where an event beyond Ford Australia’s reasonable control adversely affects this offer or for any reason and without notice at Ford Australia’s sole discretion. Any right exercised under this clause will not affect a customer’s pre-existing entitlement. If the offer or any part thereof becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Ford Australia’s control, Ford Australia may substitute the offer with an alternative offer of equal value.
- c. The Ford Insure and service and public charging voucher offers are each able to be used in conjunction with one another but if a customer is ineligible for the Ford Insure offer, that customer may still receive the service and public charging voucher offers. The Ford Insure and service and public charging voucher offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- d. Personal information including a customer’s name, address, telephone number, and email address will be collected by Ford Australia and used for the purposes of this offer. This may require disclosure to third parties, including but not limited to Ford Australia’s suppliers such as Evie Networks and WTW. Offer receipt is conditional on providing this information. By accepting this offer, customers consent to the use and overseas disclosure of their personal information in the manner set out in these terms and conditions and in accordance with Ford Australia’s privacy policy, Evie Network’s privacy policy, and WTW’s privacy policy.
